Mrs. Peters is a 1995 graduate of Capital University, where she earned a B.A. in History and minored in Political Science. After graduating she substituted for one year, before taking a position as Director of Human Resources for a healthcare company in Columbus. In 1996 Mrs. Peters was offered a part time teaching position with MHS. She became a full time teacher with the district in 1999. Mrs. Peters was also the varsity cheerleading coach at Fairfield Union High School from 1991-2001. In 2007 she earned her Masters Degree in Social Science from Ohio University and in 2019 she completed classes to obtain her administrator's license. When not working, Mrs. Peters enjoys reading, decorating, writing poetry, and shopping. She has also been a docent at the Georgian House Museum, when time permits. She and her family built a house at Buckeye Lake in 2019 where she resides with her husband Richard, son Camden and Dachshund Gabby. They enjoy sitting out on their patio and boating at Buckeye Lake. |
