Mrs. Baffa graduated from Ohio
University-Athens June, 2001 with a Bachelor’s of
Education Degree. She majored in English Education Grades
7-12 with a Reading Endorsement in Grades K-12. Ms. Baffa
has multiple teaching experiences: She has worked at the
Ohio University Reading Clinic, at Logan High School as a
tenth grade teacher and a senior film study teacher, at St.
Mary Elementary School as a fifth grade literature and
reading teacher, and at Multi-County Juvenile Detention
Center as a counselor and teacher. While at Multi-County
Juvenile Detention Center Ms. Baffa decided to continue
helping students by enrolling in
University of Dayton’s School Guidance and Counselor program.
Ms. Baffa graduated from
University of Dayton in August, 2007 with her Master’s
Degree. She has been a school counselor at Fisher Catholic
High School in Lancaster. She came to Millersport High
School during the 2008-2009 school year as a school
counselor. Ms. Baffa continues to attend
seminars and take master level courses to stay updated on
all the new counseling skills and techniques.
Outside of school, Ms. Baffa enjoys spending time with her two kids; Annalise and Benjamin. She enjoys hiking and scuba diving. Ms. Baffa resides in Lancaster. She continues to travel and loves every aspect of life.
