Revised Daily Schedule – March 15 - 19

Dear Millersport Parents,

The Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) will be administered at the high school on March 15 - 19.  The test will be given to all tenth grade students along with eleventh and twelfth grade students who still need to pass portions of the test.

To improve testing conditions and allow for a smoother daily schedule, the following procedures will be used during test week:

 Students Taking the OGT

-          All students taking the OGT will come to school at the normal start time of 7:40AM and report immediately to their testing location.  Be on time! Get a good night sleep each test day!  Eat breakfast before school!  A light breakfast snack will be served at 7:30 for testers.

-          Normal AM bus routes will pick up students on the mornings of the test.

 Students Not Testing

-          A two-hour delayed start schedule will be used on each testing day.  Students should report to homeroom at 9:46AM.

-          The junior high and high school students not testing may come to school on a two-hour delay if they have transportation.

-          Students not taking the test who need bus transportation may ride their bus to school at the normal time. (No school breakfast served.) Upon arrival, they should report immediately to the cafeteria where there will be supervised study until normal classes begin.

All students will attend normal classes following the OGT administration on each day of testing week.  Zero Period students will follow an arranged schedule that will be communicated by the Zero Period Teachers.
